New Agenda Item: At this year's spring meeting the LEC will be offering a short course on ash deposition in coal fired systems. The three-hour course will begin by discussing the fundamentals of ash deposition and then focus on a series of case studies involving lignite fuels. The fundamentals of low vs. high temperature fouling and the importance of chemistry/particle size will be discussed. The short course will be held from 8:30 am - Noon on April 23. received now will be placed in the second session.
